You can find out more about all the different benefits available on this site. When you’re ready to make your selections just follow these simple steps.
How it works
- Click on Login and you will be taken to the separate enrolment website. At this point you'll need your password. If you have forgotten your password don't worry, you can reset this by clicking on the I forgot my password link and a new one will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
- Once logged in you'll be able to select your benefits, check that benefits you previously selected have rolled over (benefit rollover excludes holiday buy/release and health screening) and also see details of all your pay and benefits on your personal reward statement (not available to Aviva Investors employees).
- Once logged in you can change your password as well if you wish.
- All the price information is held in this part of the site so you can try out different selections and the summary page will show the effect of your choices.
- When you're happy with all your selections, click to Confirm then Submit your choices.
- If you have any questions you can contact the helpline on 0800 917 2310.
- You can check your benefit selections by clicking on the login button above. You will need your SRN and password. If you spot any errors or inaccuracies please call the my Aviva flex helpline on 0800 917 2310.
- If you want to select an anytime benefit, or you need to make a Life events change, or you are a new entrant joining the scheme for the first time, but you don't have access to a computer you can make your selections/changes through the helpline by phoning 0800 917 2310. You'll be asked a number of security questions, one of which will be to state your National Insurance number.
