How my Aviva flex works
my Aviva flex is a flexible benefits scheme. This means you can choose to flex part of your reward package or exchange some of your salary to select from a wide range of benefits.
Which benefits are right for you? As you're the best person to judge, my Aviva flex gives you the freedom to choose the benefits that are right for your lifestyle. Whatever your personal circumstances, there is plenty to choose from, so we're sure you'll find something to suit your needs.
Information on all the benefits and how they work is available on this site. The benefits are categorised under 3 headings:
- Savings and protection
- Health and wellbeing
- Leisure and lifestyle
With my Aviva flex, you can be confident you'll make some great savings and with a number of the benefits being free of tax and National Insurance contributions as well, you'll save even more money.
Most of the benefits are available at the annual enrolment period, but some can be selected at any time of the year. Click here to find out more about our anytime benefits.

What if things change?
We understand that personal needs change at different times of your life.
So, with my Aviva flex, you can amend your choices for certain benefits when you experience big changes in your life, such as having a child or getting married – these are what we call "Life Events". There are also some benefits you can select whenever you want called "Anytime Selections".
Tax, NI and your payslip
Several of the benefits available through my Aviva flex offer tax and NI savings, the tax on others may be collected later through a tax code adjustment (shown on a P11D). Look here to find out the details.
