When you join Aviva
When you join us, we'll send you some information on the benefits available with your offer letter, followed by a welcome letter inviting you to join the scheme. By separate post, you'll receive a password for my Aviva flex.
You can find out more about how the scheme works and the benefits available on this site. Once you know which benefits you'd like to choose, visit the selection page and make your benefit selections online or call my Aviva flex helpline on 0800 917 2310.
You'll have until the end of the month after you join to make your choices and your benefits will apply from the 1st of the following month.
